General Terms

Applicable to customers who book rooms and use services at Luxtery Hotel
(Based on Article 32 of Decree 52/2013/ND-CP and Article 1 of Decree 85/2021/ND-CP)

I. Introduction
This website is operated by Luxtery Hotel – located at 136 Pham Van Dong, An Hai Ward, Da Nang City, Vietnam.
Accessing and using the website means that you agree to accept and comply with the following terms.

II. Booking conditions
Bookings can be made via: official website, email, phone or through authorized partners.

Bookings are only valid upon receipt of an official confirmation email from the booking department.

The hotel has the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received on time or there is no confirmation response.

III. Check-in and Check-out Time

Check-in: From 14:00

Check-out: Before 12:00 noon the following day

Early check-in surcharge:

06:00 – 09:00 50% of room rate/night
09:00 – 13:00 30% of room rate/night

Late check-out surcharge:

After 18:00 100% of room rate/night

IV. Cancellation, room change and refund policy
1. Individual guests (less than 8 rooms):

2. Group guests (8 rooms or more):

3. No-show / early check-out:

No-show / early check-out: Penalty 100% of total confirmed cost

No refund applicable money/room change for non-refundable bookings

Refund period: Within 07 working days after valid cancellation confirmation

Refund method: Bank transfer (no cash refund)

Refund cost: Customer bears transfer fee and penalty (if any)

V. Service provision process
Standard services: Breakfast, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, gym, daily housekeeping…

Process: Submit request → Staff confirms → Payment → Send confirmation email → Check-in

Check-in time: from 14:00

Room price: Including VAT & 5% service charge

Additional charges (extra bed, children…) will be notified before confirmation

VI. Obligations of the parties

Hotel (seller):

Provide the correct room type as confirmed

Confidentiality of customer personal information

Support refund/cancellation according to the published policy

Provide VAT invoice when requested

Customer:

Provide honest information

Pay on time, in full

Comply with the accommodation regulations

Compensate if causing damage to hotel property

VII. Payment policy
Pay the entire booking fee before check-in

Accept: Bank transfer, Visa/MasterCard, domestic ATM (via Internet Banking)

The payment system at www.luxteryhotel.com is integrated with a payment gateway that meets PCI DSS, SSL and OTP authentication standards

VIII. Accommodation regulations
No smoking in prohibited areas

No pets, durian, strong-smelling food

No noise, illegal gatherings

No weapons, explosives, prohibited substances

Must compensate if causing loss/damage to hotel property

IX. Regulations on children
Age Applicable policy
< 6 years old Free breakfast & sharing bed with parents (maximum 2 children)
6 – <12 years old Free accommodation, breakfast surcharge: VND 200,000/child/night
With extra bed VND 325,000/child/night (including breakfast)
≥ 12 years old Calculated as an adult: VND 681,000/child/night if using an extra bed

X. Information security policy
Luxtery Hotel is committed to protecting customers’ personal information according to the law.

XI. Dispute resolution and legality
Priority is given to settlement by negotiation

If no agreement is reached, the case will be transferred to the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) in Da Nang or Ho Chi Minh City

Apply according to the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
