Luxtery Hotel is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of customers. This policy clearly stipulates how to collect, use, store and protect personal data of consumers when using the services provided by the hotel, and is in accordance with current Vietnamese law.

a) Hotel internal departments:

Purpose: processing reservations, customer care, catering, payment, etc.

Information used: full name, phone number, email, special requests, booking history.

b) Online payment gateway provider:

Purpose: processing booking transactions, online payment.

Information used: full name, email, phone number, transaction value, part of card information (excluding CVV code).

c) Hotel management software provider:

Purpose: storing and managing booking information and customer history.

Information used: full name, gender, phone number, nationality, stay history, special requests.

d) Transportation service provider (if requested):

Purpose: support airport pick-up or tour.

Information used: full name, phone number, arrival/departure time, destination.

e) Competent state agency:

Purpose: serve inspection, examination or investigation work according to legal regulations.

Information used: all customer information according to specific written requests.

Note: Third parties may only use information within the necessary scope and must commit to comply with regulations on personal information security.

3. Information storage time
Information will be stored throughout the time the customer uses the service and for a maximum of 5 years thereafter, unless otherwise requested by the competent authority or the customer requests deletion/cancellation and is legally accepted.
