Customers can pay the booking fee directly on the website www.luxteryhotel.com using a secure online payment method.

Payment process:

You choose the room type and length of stay in the booking system.

After clicking the “Confirm booking” button, the system will switch to the integrated payment interface.

You can pay via:

International credit/debit card: MasterCard, Visa

Domestic ATM card with Internet Banking registration

Or other valid payment methods at the time.

2. Payment security commitment
Luxtery Hotel’s online payment system is integrated through payment gateway partners licensed in Vietnam. All transactions are guaranteed to comply with:

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption standard throughout the entire payment process

PCI DSS standard certified by Trustwave

OTP (One-Time Password) authentication via SMS to ensure card ownership

MD5 128-bit encryption standard ensures data cannot be tampered with

3. Payment data storage and security policy
Luxtery Hotel does not directly store any customer payment card information.

With Visa/MasterCard cards: Information is encrypted and stored by the payment partner, the hotel only receives encryption (token) for confirmation.

With domestic ATM cards: The system only stores order codes, transaction codes and bank names, does not store card numbers, CVV codes or sensitive information.

All transactions are processed securely by an internationally secure payment gateway.

4. Transaction review and confirmation mechanism

Before completing the payment, the system will display all information:

Room type name

Number of rooms

Check-in – check-out date

Total cost to be paid

You can check and edit the information if necessary before clicking “Confirm” to proceed with payment.
