a) Service provision methods
Luxtery Hotel provides accommodation services and accompanying services (such as dining, spa, airport pick-up, etc.) through the following forms:

1. Direct provision at the hotel:
You can come directly to Luxtery Hotel at 136 Pham Van Dong, An Hai Ward, Da Nang City to check-in, use the room and pre-booked services or register for additional services.

2. Online provision:
You can book and pay via the official website at:

After completing the booking, a confirmation will be sent via email. You just need to bring the confirmation email to the hotel and check-in at the selected time.

b) Estimated time for service provision
Service provision time at Luxtery Hotel depends on the booking method:

For direct booking at the hotel:
Guests can check in immediately after completing the check-in procedure at the reception desk (check-in time from 14:00).

For online booking:
A confirmation letter will be sent to your email within 5–10 minutes after completing the transaction. You can check in at the booked time (usually from 14:00 on the check-in date).

c) Geographical scope of service provision
All services are currently provided only within the premises of Luxtery Hotel, at the address:

Note: The hotel does not provide accommodation or off-site facilities, except for airport transfers which must be booked in advance and confirmed in writing/email by the front desk.
